Pluie/Noir Podcast is a bi-monthly audio-visual episode representing our work as an artist collective. Each episode will feature a one hour collage/mix by one of our producers/djs and a poster triptych by one of our designers.
We interviewed both artists and dropped some questions about their vision:
How are you feeling lately?
I will answer to this question with a romanian inspirational advice: "Fara poezie, viata e pustiu." (please dont ask me to translate it because its impossible).
It's a pleasure to have you as our first release in the imprint. How do you feel about it?
I was attracted to this project since the beginning when you first told and explained me the concept behind it, and I liked the enthusiastic approach to the artistic side of the dance floor music. As we all know it is a moment of development of culture by combining and approaching different arts, and this is the reason which also attracted me into this project. It will be a sophisticated way for you from now on, so I would like to wish you much luck and continuity!
What inspired you for this podcast and how did you record it?
This is the second podcast I do in classical form and I hope people will enjoy it. I guess quietness has a very meditative way of inspiring me.
Yojik Con Con is a deeply artistic project and imprint. Is it something you want to continue to explore or have you finished it with the "padurea" trilogy?
I already mentioned which is the first project for Yojik ConCon. It is composed by three trilogies . The first one has just finished, as you said before, which means i am working on the second. It will be ready later this year, but from now there will be mostly classical compositions with electronic insertions , not dance floor oriented.
Future plans?
I will get married soon! :)
